Surfer beats Hulk, who beats Thor, who beats Surfer.
Batman solos.
@maninthemountain: SS drained Hulk in an old scan, and it was shown no longer effective against Rulk
@stl9997: wrong again. Surfer drained Hulk two or three times, and that was Loebforce Rulk. Rulk written by Loeb defeated Watchers and challenged Galactus.

Not only that, but the Surfer that fought Red Hulk was from a previous timeline, not even 616 canon. He was new and Rulk had time to prepare.
@maninthemountain: Im not even talking about Rulk beating SS, im saying taking Hulk's gamma isnt effective now
Neither Thor nor Hulk beats silver Surfer at any time. Ppl seem to forget this event during silver surfer past before annihilation.
"The Silver Surfer has full mental and physical control over his Power Cosmic, which is why it cannot be taken by siphoning mutants. An occurrence had taken place where the Living Tribunal had shown a vision a how Zenn-La once was, enraged by this The Silver Surfer had granted upon himself almost to a "godlike" state which had given him infinite power cosmic. Before the Surfer could do anything the Living Tribunal had gone. However Galactus remained in a state of confusion as he did not know at the time who could possibly have strength and power even greater than his own."
-ppl forget he has the ability to augment his powers on his own. To almost any level. This is even in the description of his powers from marvel itself
SS beats them both at the same time.
Each are roughly the same in raw power, but my list would probably go:
1. Thor
2. Silver Surfer
3. Hulk
I mean, Thor hasn't ever lost to the Silver Surfer at full power even after Annihilation. I generally believe that Thor could beat Hulk if he really needed to, but only after a really tough fight. Silver Surfer also shows himself to be above Hulk when he needs to as well.
surfer> thor> hulk. if current surfer fights current thor, he'd stomp badly. surfer surfs a big bang with no damage, check silver surfer vol8 #15, goes invisible that not even eternity or watchers could detect him, intangible hax, duplication, grows larger than planets etc.. I'm a thor fan boy and i have to admit thor is inferior to him in all areas.
@dami24434: I doubt it would be a stomp. Thor and Surfer have already fought post-annihilation and it was still relatively equal. Thor was even injured to the point that he had some difficulties doing basic things and he was still fine against SS. If it were an all out fight, I might even have my bet on Thor.

@kevd4wg: Thor defeated him twice (Once even when Warlock was helping him) and how was he amped when he was only angry and his adrenaline level spiked?
@kevd4wg: Thor defeated him twice (Once even when Warlock was helping him) and how was he amped when he was only angry and his adrenaline level spiked?
While one author(of the multiple who wrote the story) said it was just his adrenaline, there were many hints at him being amped beyond that. For instance, in Infinity Crusade at the start of his madness, it was stated he couldn't put down Drax, yet in Blood and Thunder, he decisively beat him. Additionally, at one point he started dancing around Warlock and Warlock pointed out he was never this fast before, which is a pretty obvious indication of an amp.
@kevd4wg: There wasn't any writer who said it, it was the editors who said that.
Yes, he was inconsistent. BRB beat him down while heavily wounded and had him at his mercy but that doesn't mean he was amped or weakened basis on that.
Warlock said his memory was faulty. Later Gamora danced all around Thor while he had power gem. Doesn't mean Thor was suddenly weakened there.
You're including your own bias into comics now.
