You have that backwards. Superman Prime is out of his league. Aside from the whole speed conversation, Radd has shown he routinely uses phasing while moving at high speeds or in combat. How does Prime hit some one who he can't even touch? In your opinion, how does Prime win this fight? The only advantage I see for Prime is strength. Unfortunately, that no more gives Prime an advantage over the Surfer than it does for Prime to be stronger than Wally West. So, nope. Not really.

You're response failed to answer any of my questions. So, I'll restate what I said, aside from the fact that Surfer operates on a higher tier of speed than Prime does, how does Prime hit someone who phases through his punches?

The question is, "Why wouldn't he?", if has shown he is capable of doing it? You guys....really need to learn to differentiate between PIS moments in comics and what a character is actually capable of. Energy and matter manipulation is one of the Surfer' prime powers.

The way writer's have characters "usually fight" is often the dictionary definition of PIS. Superman and Wally West have been tagged by far slower characters than them.

by that logic then I guess Wally should Speed steal, Trillion IMP, Speed force dump within the first picosecond of each battle he is, but I bet that if I were to say any of that nonsense then people would just disregard my comment.

Actually, what you mentioned above about Wally is one of the reasons he wins against the vast majority of opponents he is faced with on comic vine: from Thor, to Hulk...to Superman Prime....these guys all lose because Wally is that fast and can utilize his power set....that fast.
