Phoenix wins, she can burn Storm into a crisp, her fire can be use while in space, so their not dependent on oxygen and has used them under water so water doesn't stop her flames. She burns away what doesn't work meaning Storm is toast.

• Um, no, even if the Storm was to get the Phoenix, Jean Grey could still take it back, I believe she did that with Rachel Grey. 
• Also, you have to remember just how powerful the Phoenix Force is, I am not saying that Storm is weak, I am saying that The Phoenix Force has shown a much more bigger level of power that Storm ever has. 

• Another thing is that The Phoenix Force was once known to be so powerful that she could TAKE other mutants powers away, and use it against her opponents. 

• When it comes to the phrase "storm has nothing up her sle eves to stop phoenix"  in so many words I guess that is what I am saying :) I would rephrase it as Storm CANNOT WIN AGAINST PHOENIX, it is just not possible.

On Earth, Storm would lose to Pheonix.  Storms power's really depend on which planets shes on since its about the wheter conditions.  If shes on a very large planet with tons of conditions for floods, tornados, and lightning.  Ima give it to Storm then.
