death sentry is more like a reality burster. no force on marvel earth can defeat sentry for now. even hulk himself cant defeat him but he can hold is own.

Death Sentry wins, but he's no reality buster or warper at that. In this ark is operating at the Trans tier, definitely above herald level.

@x_insignia1: if sentry has the power of one million exploding sun. then i think he should be unbeatable. or he should be on the same level with silver age superman. because 1 million exploding sun is infinitely hot. sentry should be able to challenge beyonder, living tribunal, thanos, and other cosmic, sky father, and celestial beings. one million should be able to wipe out ominiverse ya know?

Wow, that's really harsh man. I think Sentry would work fine as a villain as a superhero i admit he is pretty lame and pointless.

Superman can't kill DS Sentry.

Well he's not very interesting as a villain either.

He's just very bland as a character.

Ok, that was not the strongest version of Hulk and it wasn't the weakest version of Sentry either. That was WWH who was pulling his punches, strongest version of hulk is WBH that is not holding back. And Sentry while not at his strongest was still dishing out some massive damage and was threatening to kill everyone and everything, not to mention he himself says how in his fight against the Hulk the level of power he would have to unleash if he lost control even for a moment.... and than later on he speaks how it feels so good to let lose and how he can't stop. Now i am not saying it was the strongest version of Sentry i am not even saying that the strongest version of the Hulk would win against Sentry i am just stating some undeniable things and those are that neither Hulk nor Sentry where at their max when they fought. Let's give credit where credits due.

Everything done in the World War Hulk storyline is Hulk holding back with his punches. Amadeus Cho confirms that with his abilities in Hulk Vs Hercules: When Titans Collide #1

.......no........I don't think the authors intent was to actually make it "literal" in the sense.

DSS seems to take this as he cant be put down and this is a battle to the death. although this is not a stomp as many seem to say DSS would have to work to even touch superman

There's 2 versions of the top of my head would stomp, and 1 version can give him one hell of a fight.

This thread is basically Superman/DC fanboys not accepting that Sentry can win with the conditions set vs the Sentry fanboys who are relishing in the fact that Sentry can't be killed right now.

Also want to add that Sentry isn't a bad character but is misused and that Superman is getting severely low balled here. Abc logic is also useless here. With that I take my leave.

Okay. I grant you...Silver Age Superman was basically God (if that is who you are referring to). But I think either the OP didn't think it through completely or (maybe?) created a spite thread. Maybe the OP should change it to "win by knockout or death", or some such. Silver Age Superman would definitely win given those guidelines.
