I was just thinking about this scenario yesterday. Hopefully Scott Snyder's JL run gives us something like this considering that the JL and the LOD will end up throwing down at some point.

Slight edge to Batsy solely because I think Lex's inflated ego will get in his way and not give due credit. That's his limiter, if Bruce's are his morals.

@mister_surreal: Brother Eye was nothing before Luthor hacked it and added his tech to it. It's obvious that it's not a threat to Lex, who can simply shut it down. The Justice Buster can be hacked. Anything else? Because Luther still one-shots

@mister_surreal: Lex makes business deals and trades with Apokolips, as well as having access to Coluan and Kryptonian tech, so it's no wonder why not even Cyborg or Brainiac can hack into Luthor's technology. Batman is outmatched and outgunned.

Lex got screwed over by Maxwell's telepathy, so Brother Eye could have done whatever he wanted. That story line was beyond retarded anyways

New 52 is even more OP then Pre-52, since he can just create a Superman level brick who solos
