It depends on what you mean by "accept." Would I read that comic book? No. Would I have a problem with it existing? Also no. There are multiple takes on a lot of characters that target different demographics (Spider-Man for instance). I'd be fine with Wonder Woman getting that same treatment.

It would definitely help in making the character more accessible to a broader audience, as well as a potentially international one.

wonder woman is very well known worldwide,and she has had successful runs worldwide,if this is about success,she doesn't need to be a magical girl to be successful worldwide,she had had worldwide success with some of her runs and with a proper writter and promotion she can be successful again and reach an even bigger amount of success worldwide than before.

Sure as an ELSEWORLD version! I am always interested in seeing artist do thing creative with characters, this would be on par with the Tangent universe.

I don't see how it would hurt unless by some fluke it became so well liked it surpassed mainstream Wonder Women and DC made that the status quo; then I'm sending Superboy Prime down to DC HQ with some Black Lanterns!

They would need to keep it serious though, if they hope to transition that audience to the mainstream version at some point or else the audience might not even give the comic a chance as they grow out of the Magical Girl phase...if they do!

I'm not knocking it, just not my cup of tea. I might buy it for my daughter. Again, I'm not opposed to it.
