    More Interplanetary Nonsense

In this issue a piece of Neptune has broken off and flown into earth making the new continent of Neptunia, complete with inhabitants exhibiting skills similar that you would expect on Neptune (that they are good with water.)   As usual the aliens have nefarious intentions for the people of Earth, once again wanting to subjugate them all.   Instead Wonder Woman intervenes and forces them to become allies with the .   There is the usual gamut of people getting kidnapped, brainwashed, tied up (but alas no brick fights) in three fairly typical stories.   The only which differentiated the last was the presence of Tigeapes, a half breed between tigers and apes (though which apes are not made clear).   Diana spends a fair amount of the story dressed up as one of these which I thought was kind of interesting, though not necessarily in a good way.    There is not much to differentiate this from other golden age issues, but this time the science is too shaky and the plot too thin to say this is anything more than below average.
