This issue introduces the master hypnotist Hypnota and his servant Serva.   Continuing on one of the themes from the previous issue, Saturnians are involved in the plot as well with tense relations between the planets.   The first and third stories are the better ones as they involve the introduction and explanation of Hypnota.   In the first Hypnota is trying to steal some documents pertinent to the Earth-Saturn peace treaty and hypnotizes Steve in order to get them.   In the second Serva is rescued and she is sent to and then to celebrate they play a hockey game which Hypnota is secretly controlling.   Then Serva gets recaptured.   The third reveals that Hypnota is also an interplanetary slave smuggler, but then finally Hypnota’s real identity is revealed.   I still didn’t like the idea of people living on Saturn, and I thought the hockey game felt out of place.   The cover picture indicates some sort of plane attack, which does occur but this was really short in terms of the overall issue.    This all adds up to an average issue, better than some golden age, worse than others.
