In a silent issue, Banshee begins assembling the X-Corps.

In Scotland, Bansee visits Moira MacTaggert's grave with a whiskey bottle in hand. Having a solemn face, Sean empties the bottle and leaves. Clearly having quit his alcoholic state since her death.

Martinique Jason is in her prison cell with a Virtual Reality helmet locked on her head. She dreams of serving in the original Brotherhood of Evil Mutants alongside Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch and Toad. Romancing the latter. The dream ends with Magneto killing her.

Martinique is released from her virtual reality prison by a small army made exclusively of Madrox duplicates. The Madroxes have already taken down the prison personnel to get to her. They attempt to free Mystique as well ... to find her cell empty. Raven has apparently escaped on her own.

Wolverine is in Chappaqua, Westchester County, New York. Investigating the private residence of a government official. Several security guards lay unconscious all around. Initially seeming victims of attack. But with clear ecstatic smiles on their face. He then finds the official, Bill Clinton, in the same state. Wolvie is then attacked by his teammate Stacy X, having apparently intruded in her working space.

Winning a quick match with her, Wolvie takes Stacy and leaves. Later, they are seen in Wolverine's apartment, relaxing infront a television. A very irrate Nightcrawler teleports in to scold Stacy. Wolvie helps her out, confusing her.

Somewhere in Europe, Avalanche and Radius in apparent military uniforms deliver a captive Blob to Banshee. Blob clearly confused on why one his oldest friends has turned on him. Fred attempts to attack Sean but is swiftly overpowered with a deafening sonic scream. Sean grabs Fred by the hair and smiles as the issue ends.

A silent pilot to the X-Corps storyline which starts here and ended in #406.
