    Having tricked his "little brother" Red Inferno into joining forces with him, the Red Volcano cuts a swath of mayhem through a military base as he gathers more weapons of mass destruction in his bid for power. Now it's up to Red Tornado and Red Torpedo to stop them! All-out action ensues in this new series from writer Kevin VanHook and artist José Luís!

    This issue is much like the others thus far in the series, though after the last issue picking up a but more momentum, it feels as though it has lost it again here.  I am not sure why but the issues in this series seem to read really fast, I guess part of the problem is the panoramic views which pop up regularly to sort of show off the artwork.  The overall action theme doesn't help much either.  Here except for a short interjection of Kathy and Traya moving in with Mari the whole issue is actio...
