    Red Tornado finally meets his older sister, The Red Torpedo. After listening to her origins and about their heartless brother, The Red Volcano, they decide to go look for their creator T.O. Morrow. Meanwhile, Morrow is being held captive by Red Volcano and he learns of his little brother and after the Red Torpedo and Red Tornado save Morrow, Red Volcano leaves in order to find their little brother.

    After an interesting lead-in issue this issue is a bit less coherent though still entertaining.  The main problem is that with so much action and so many vistas of characters flying that it seems a little flat.  The artist did do a good job of conceiving the other three Reds, but a lot of time seems to be spent just looking at them as opposed to making a plot to hold it all together.  The plot, what there is of it, is pretty short.  With the Red Torpedo reactivated she and Tornado have to deal w...
