    Engage the enemy

After an interesting lead-in issue this issue is a bit less coherent though still entertaining.  The main problem is that with so much action and so many vistas of characters flying that it seems a little flat.  The artist did do a good job of conceiving the other three Reds, but a lot of time seems to be spent just looking at them as opposed to making a plot to hold it all together.  The plot, what there is of it, is pretty short.  With the Red Torpedo reactivated she and Tornado have to deal with some military members not so happy about them showing up unexpectedly.  Red Volcano continues to torment Morrow and the Red Inferno is also introduced.  Although I knew it was coming I couldn't believe this issue ended so quickly.  Still I did like it, its just seems that there should have been more.
