Dovahkiin vs Jean Grey is a good match. Dovahkiin has an absolute resistance against illusion or mind fuck because there is no one in the game except Miraak to have possibly controlled Dovahkiin, which he later broke free. Xavier is screwed since Dovahkiin can't be controlled.

To deal with Jean Grey, Dovahkiin will need his two dragon gods at his side. Odahviing and Duhneviir who possessed power of an Aedra (god), and Duhneviir is enough to stall Jean Grey with his necromancy. However, Dovahkiin can counter Jean easily with two things: Staff of Magnus and Wabbajack. Staff of Magnus can completely nullify any type of magic, even Dr Strange's magic level or high magic or power of any sort (lore said that Magnus was God of Magic). Wabbajack is a portion of high reality warping of Sheogorath, and no way Jean Grey can dodge this thing.
