First of all, we'd have to choose 1 writing of the comic with SuperMan as a main character, while we all know the enormous single story of Dragon Ball/Z/GT, written by Akira Toriyama. In episode 5, Raditz sidesteps the “Light of Death”(Known as the Special Beam Cannon in the English Dub), which moves at the speed of light. Raditz has a battle power(Known as Power Levels in the English Dub, and Sento Ryoku in the Japanese Dub)of around 1,500. Then the battle power of Goku when he first became a Super Saiyajin(Super Saiyan)was 15,000,000 Max, ten times that of his previous maximum battle power. By now, it's pretty obvious that Goku can move much faster than the speed of light. Then, Freeza attempts to blow up planet Namek. He blasts a beam of energy into the planet and says it will blow up in exactly 5 minutes. 9 Episodes(around 180 minutes)later, the planet explodes. However, don't forget the MASSIVE amount of off-screen fighting. Next, Akira Toriyama said that the level of Super Saiyajin 2(Or a Super Saiyan that has ascended past a Super Saiyan, or just Super Saiyan 2)is one again 10 or more times the power of a Super Saiyajin. Next, Super Saiyajin 3, is once again 10 or more times the power of a Super Saiyajin 2. Finally, Super Saiyajin 4, is one again at least 10 times more powerful than that of a Super Saiyajin 3, likely more. Now, this means that Super Saiyajin 4 Goku has a battle power of at least 15,000,000,000(Fifteen Billion). Now, if a person with a battle power of around 1,500 could move at the speed of light, imagine what someone with a battle power of fifteen billion! We do not know the speed of Instant Transmission(Teleportation). It's speed may also differ with the strength of the user.
First of all, let me say that this is just how fast he moves, I'm not specifically talking about his running or flying speed. Superman has been known(Do not forget that this is only one of the many Superman Comics) to move so fast around the Earth that it turns back time. If it is, then he would have to just move a little more than the speed of light. In a different version, SuperMan can reach Hyper-Speed which is four times faster than the speed of light. In another comic, he moves at the Speed of Sound, and no faster. In another comic, it just states he's faster than a speeding bullet. In some of the movies, it's been stated he moves no faster than the speed of light. Basically, the fastest speed of Superman ever recorded is that he can move at the Electromagnetic Constant.
Speed Conclusion: Lets compare the Propogation Constant to Goku's battle power. Now, if a battle power of 0 which cannot move, or moves insanely slowly, to a battle power of 1,500, that's a little more than how fast you need to go at the speed of light. Now, if every battle power of 1,500, from 1,500, you move twice the speed of light, then another 1,500 battle power and you're moving three times the speed of light, and so on. Now, fifteen billion divided by 1,500 is 10,000,000. So Goku moves AT LEAST(at Super Saiyajin 4) at ten million times the speed of light. The Propogation Constant is only 4 times the speed of light, so Goku is so much faster than Superman, it's scary.

It is seen many times in the series that Goku can destroy a planet. In Dragon Ball Episode 28, Muten Roshi destroys the Moon with a battle power of 126, with a Kamehameha. Then, in Dragon Ball Z Episode 31, a character with a battle power of around 19,000(Vegeta)attempts to destroy the Earth with the Gallik-Ho(In the English Dub, Gallik Gun). Then in the Dragon Ball Z film, “Broly: The Legendary Super Saiyajin”, Broly destroys the Southern part of the Galaxy. His battle power is that between a Super Saiyajin and a Super Saiyajin 2. So this means that with a battle power over that of 60,000,000(As that is 15,000,000, the battle power of a Super Saiyajin, times 4, as Broly managed to easily fight of 4 Super Saiyajins). As he easily destroyed the Southern part of the galaxy(Likely one fourth or fifth of the galaxy), Goku as a Super Saiyajin 2 could very likely destroy the Galaxy with one Kamehameha, because a Super Saiyajin 2 has a battle power of at least 150,000,000. So since Goku has a Max of at least battle power fifteen billion, it's very likely he could destroy the universe then destroy a couple others for an encore. Don't forget he's a gifted fighter, and has been studying martial arts since he was a child. Then on top of that, he has had more than 20 years of fighting expierence.
Superman's strength. In the original 1938 comic, he just seemed stronger than an average human. However, that's his weakest state in all superman comics. Once, in a comic, he was knocked through a planet and just shook it off. This is because of his insane endurance and strength. Then in '72 and '86, two different comics cut down his strength considerably. But, in real science, it's impossible to pick up or move a very, verylarge object and have it intact when you stop, because of the size of human hands. When Superman moved a planet, he should have actually drilled a hole in it. John Bryne stated that him being able to lift things too large for the human hands to keep intact without crumbling is a form of telekinesis, while other authors kinda strayed from the subject. Actually, he is in fact NOT able to be so strong that he is able to move a planet. His power to move planets is solely in his flight strength and speed. Now, in the '49 comic, he moves a planet, but barely and very hard. In '72, he moves it with the help of Wonder Woman and Martian Manhunter. Unfortunately, we do not know how much of the strength he is applying to this push. Maybe only 1% of the strength, maybe 99%. So we can conclude that Superman can in fact barely, but still can, move a planet, according to the 2 Superman comics(and only these two), “Superman #58” and “JLA vol. 3 #75”, out of the 8 Superman comics.
Combat and Strength Conclusion: Lets compare the strength of Superman to Goku's power. Now, Superman in reality could drill through planets with his hands, but in the comic books, barely manages to move planets. Goku could easily destroy planets and move them with ease. Plus, Goku can put energy into a small portion of his body(like his finger)and completely fight of Superman with only that body part, seemingly outclassing Superman. Superman can lift 6 sextillion metric tons. How much can Son Goku lift? Who knows? But just by looking at the battle powers, you can safely assume Son Goku can lift much more than six sextillion metric tons.
