Not since Caligula made his horse a senator ( or more to point since the OAU- Organization of African Unity, the African Union's predecessor body elected the late unlamented Idi Amin as its president despite being a notoriously brutal despot) have I noted such a thing as the recent election of Zimbabwe's President Robert Mugabe as the African Union's chairperson/president, his tyrannical reputation notwithstanding!

Oh well, if you make your horse a senator you can't in good conscience complain if it craps all over the floor of the Senate( FYI I am black myself so charges of "racism" are dubious).
