@The Poet: You should right away know 15 and 21 down XD But this one's isn't that challenging except for one or two.

Actully I...erm...know of squire (their mini series was fun).
 
but, the ones I'm not sure about are 5, 9 (fort knox?), 16 (stephanie?), 19, and 20

@The Poet: For 5 maybe do 7 and 12 across first and see if it helps.
9 is not fort knox. It's an alias of some Bat-character.

All of those are right except you spelled Damian wrong and 2 Down is British but English is close enough :)

20 Across My Favorite Bat-artist
         "Duss" as in Dustin Nguyen but lately he hasn't done anything so it's ok if you missed it :)
24 Down Batman sometimes talks to this Detective in a chatroom
         "Chimp" this was in an issue Detective Comics by Paul Dini one or two issues before the Heart of Hush storyline.
9 Down ___ Knox
        "Lefty" This is an alias of Batman. Think it was in the first issue of Heart of Hush.
 
I guess these three were slightly more specific but you did an awesome job with the rest! Thanks a lot for trying and hope you had as much fun doing it as I did creating it! :>
