obviously storm i mean all cyclops can do to her is fire his lasers at her blasts she can coutneract with lightening or use wind to help her doge then when she is in the air and out of his reach she either freezes him with a blizzard of makes his air drums pop and then while he writhes and the ground in agony she electricutes him plus she can become near invisible that coupled with fog and mist plus no sunlight she could walk in front of him and stab in the heart with a rusty ketchen knife

wow interesting battle betwen two high level empaths but if i had to pick i would say raven because in the realm of empathy they arebasically deadlocked i mean sure meggan could go into her mind but then she would have to deal with trigon, dark raven and the rest of watevers going on in her mind and i just dont think she could handle it and even if she could match it she couldnt overcome it remember trigon is technically omnipotent in any area that is his dimension and one could say ravens mind is his dimension plus remember whereas meggan tunes in to emotions goes with the flow and then changes it to suit her needs raven has to take and accept emotions meaning that her enotional resistance must be high for example when she channeled the amazons she had to experience their emotions before channeling them and yet she was able to handle it pretty well. so emapathy would be outof the fight then for hand to hand sure meggan can become intangible but so can raven and intagible cancels intangible so in the end meggan would have to use her telekinesis and super strength to which raven could couteract by sending her somewhere else or just trapping her in a pocket dimension within her soulf self leaving her no escape so raven for the win

i beg to disagree if gwen had been fighting in human form then fine supergirl would have dusted her but this is anodite form were talking about remember energy cant be destroyed and what is gwen pure energy so supergirl couldnt kill her plus in that form gwen has control oflife energy so in retrospect she could just suck the life out of kara and without life u rwell dead also when she first went full form she was able to easily defeat the hybrid guy and she even stated that she felt like she could stop the entire envasion a feat dwayne stated that she could have done so yes gwen might less experienced than kara but she has enough skills and raw power to beat supergirl
