That's a good aiming and throwing feat, but not a reaction or combat feat. It's clearly not a reaction feat because you can see Hulk having several lines of exposition between him seeing Surfer and actually throwing the rock. Also, because the Surfer is far away it means that his angular speed is slow... so he appears to be moving slowly to Hulk, regardless of his true speed.
This is all very confusing. Pipxeroth, how can you say Hulk is not FTL in combat and then turn right around and list a FTL combat feat?
He doesn't consistently show FTL feats, so its not fair to say he is FTL in combat. He has 1 lightspeed reaction feat, which means yes he is capable, but no he does not fight at FTL speeds (obviously).
Well then what speed in combat does he consistently show if not FTL?
