If it is a random encounter then ....probably... Morrigan but I do not know. Really depends on where the fight takes place because I could see Morrigan retreating rather than getting into a full drawn out fight. In a nerfed state like this she will not be beating Doom in Latveria.
@maulsmacker: Danzo has a plethora of Genjutsu and she would have to kill him... A LOT. Danzo also has sealing Jutsu to cancel out the regeneration while drastically cutting her chakra supply. She actually cannot survive or escape the self destruct jutsu period. I don't remember if Danzo can use that while still having his other 10-11 Sharingan. But if he can that's an instant win that he can walk away from.
Tsunade is strong and has impressive regeneration. But I'm pretty sure Danzo's Windstyle can cut her in half if she takes a direct hit or too many.
Ay wins easier than Sasuke did (not saying that it was an easy fight for Sasuke). He's too fast, hits much harder, and hard counters Deidara with Lightning style. I don't think Ay would give him a chance to self destruct. He'd be captured or killed.
If Deidara immediately went for C4 then I could see Ay getting killed though. But Deidara doesn't really go for C4 at that start. As he prefers to work his way up. Deidara has the offensive capabilities to kill Ay. But Ay can tank or no sell everything that Deidara would realistically have enough time to use against him in a one on one fight. Give him literally any member of the Akatsuki as backup and they will kill Ay. As Deidara is busted.
I mean if we include memes and inside jokes I'd say they are even.
But going by actual feats Black Dynamite puts a foot up Kiryu's ass.
Black Dynamite could not swim so as an alternative he just started screwing the water. Black Dynamite survived the explosion of a rocket while being inside of it and was revealed to not have a single scratch on him while floating in the vacuum of space. Black Dynamite somehow managed to throw a rock at OJ Simpson all the way from the moon. That hit OJ AFTER Black Dynamite had already left. Black Dynamite beat the breaks off of a white King Kong with nothing but his fists. Black Dynamite punched the ground so hard that he created an explosion that launched people hundreds of feet into the air. Black Dynamite can do no-handed push ups. Black Dynamite pulled a Bus full of children out of a river current. Black Dynamite can catch bullets with his teeth. Black Dynamite has dodged lasers while fighting small armies.
The list goes on. Kiryu might be pretty badass and have his own outlandish feats. But Black Dynamite is the embodiment of blaxploitation. Black Dynamite will win because he says he does.
