This whole political correctness thing has been blown way the heck out of proportion... Spider-Man is white straight character in a fantasy universe that's the way Stan lee created him, Stan has stated that he doesn't want his characters to change. He is one of the forefathers of our little piece of heaven and to change some that's been a icon for so many years just to not hurt some whiney people's feelings that only lives to stir the pot of our weak minded society is absurd. Stan is a legend he can create more awesome characters that are all what the political correct side wants in a character and they can even claim him/her as theirs to identify with instead of ripping a icon like peter Parker to shreds. That's just my opinion.
@chuckwolf: I'll use the second movie as a example of peters sheer power that must be in the 100s if not 1000s of tons of force because when he successfully stopped that runaway train that was constantly speeding up... So not only did he show hulk like strength he also didn't tear apart like a rag doll either so he is one of the most powerful beings in the Marvel/DC universe and with the venom symbiote which I believe increases his strength 10x he is just about if not on a god level. Does ultron have acces to the Internet and the rest of the known universe as per guardians of the Galaxy so he can gather Intel on Ronan while they are having their standoff? Cause if so he could find a weakness and exploit it being that he is a super computer that can gather information at an extreme rate and use it accordingly.
@thedandyman: I am just starting off lol.... don't own any comic books yet. I'm currently trying to find characters i like online, so I can go and buy their stories. I'm not into the mainstream guys because everyone that's a fan of them only like them because of a movie they seen, and don't put any effort into studying them.

Brynden Tully compares him to a "frothing dog".he is a brutal man and he has excellent warrior instincts. Below the plate he wears chainmail and boiled leather. A bronze sword would be about as effective as a butter knife against armor like that. And for stats it's said his body and rape numbers are beyond countable. So Id say he is a established warrior with a body count that most likely exceeds Achilles's by a long shot. As for physical strength he probably beats achillies in that category too. @thedandyman: it's something I could get into without a doubt, but I'm at the stage where I'm into characters like Deathstroke that are still human with extreme skill. What other characters would you recommend that are similar to DS.
@lady_liberty: Gregor is abnormally quick for a man his size so I'd say he'd be about the speed of a average warrior and he also is a instinctive warrior that moves on pure survival/destruction. And he does have skill too otherwise he wouldn't be feared the way he is, rage and strength do not really aid him if he can't use it correctly, he is proven to be unstopable on the killing field as is achillies. He also has a weapon advantage steel verses bronze and a range advantage he swings a at the very least a 5ft blade which he wields with one hand with ease but in a battle with Achilles he would most likely use both for better control which equates into less wild swinging and more precise strikes.Bronze doesn't hold a sharp edge very well so his armor would prove impenetrable. Achilles also wields a short sword so he has to get in close and personal and that puts him in danger of Gregor grabbing a hold,of him and potentially crushing him to death which he could do with ease if given the chance. He also has a psych advantage because of his reputation of being a complete psychopath with his utter cruelty and being a brutal rapist something achillies isn't really accustomed to and could possibly knock him off his game just enough to make mistakes he normally wouldn't, Achillies has a worrior reputation of being a gifted killer which I think Gregor wouldn't be bothered with of at all because he believes he's indestructible and for the obvious reason that he has proven that in battle. I doubt achillies has access to the poisons that Oberyn Martel had and that's the thing that in the end brought him down. So the mountain is my bet to take down Achilles, it won't be easy but I believe he has a good chance of taking down achillies. Id go into more in depth analysis of other GoT warriors but I don't have anymore time for now.
@legacy6364: that's what I'm worried about too every character that I like from the comics get completly screwed up in a movie or TV show, but I did like Manu Bennett portrayal of Deathstroke I just wished they made him the badass super soldier he really is, but then green arrow would've been wrecked and the good guy can't lose even though he f&$@!? Slade and would've deserved the revenge that he was promised.
