Sure they've had several encounters (and battles) in the past, but a good 'n proper team-up? Do want so bad. If nothing else, it'd be hilarious. And Tasky could really use some "screen"time as something more than a minor character.

Not in a million years. There's so much stuff I love that has to do with sight (movies, comics, art and videogames just to name a few), and there's no way DD's powers could make up for the inability to enjoy those things.
