Wow, Sue, you're a first-class hero, aren't you just? You're above killing people, but not above turning someone into a drooling vegetable (which, at least in my opinion, is far worse than killing). A+ superheroing right there.
I hope Doom gets a happy ending by the end of the mini-series... Maybe he'll be able to barter Reed's soul in exchange for his Mother's or something...
Doom has already saved his mother's soul, in the story Triumph And Torment.

Sorry for my ignorance guys but why does Doom have hair? I thought he was bald and heavily scarred?
Prequel story of a teenaged Victor, ie. before his scarring.
And if any of you would have bothered to do a little research before commenting - heck, you wouldn't have had to go any further than CBR - you would've found out that this takes place during Doom's teenage years, before any of his later trips to hell. It will dispute neither Books of Doom nor Triumph And Torment but is instead inspired by them.
Anyway, Becky Cloonan rules and her art alone is enough to warrant checking this out.
Easiest question in the world: Dr. Doom by FAR. I love Taskmaster and Ghost (the one currently in Thunderbolts) a whole lot as well, but Doom definitely takes the cake. And bestows it upon his people.
I must say I don't agree with the current choice for Maul's default image - first of all the canonicity of that particular story is not confirmed, and secondly I think the default picture should be one where he's the most recognizable (ie. what he looks like most of the time) instead of the way he looks like in a single dubiously-canon story.
When I try to add pictures into a character's gallery from My Images, it pretty much always gives me an error, saying "Sorry, there was an error". I use Firefox 3.0.3 as my browser. Any ideas what could be causing this?
ETA: I also get this error when I try to move a picture into another folder.
