I don't care about the FF so not for them per se, only for the associated characters rights like Galactus or Silver Surfer.

About the X-men i think it would be a mess if they put together X-Men and Avengers, but we could have Wolverine on the Avengers and they could say Wanda and Pietro are Mutants in the next movie so i don't really know
