    X-Bureau agents Dan Garret --call sign "The Blue Beetle" -- and Diana Adams --call sign "Miss Masque" -- confront the escaped fugitive known as Rodent in an abandoned warehouse. But when the X-Bureau's fugitive recovery team arrives team leader Boom Boom Brannigan informs them that they're to join The Amazing Man (John Aman) on a new mission. Meanwhile Aman begins having second thoughts about his new X-Bureau allies.
