    Frances Monaghan is the first daughter of Kathryn Monaghan, His father was one the regular customers of Katie, his name was Frank Lyons, he ran the post office in Halfmiletown. She was the person who reveals his true origin to Tommy Monaghan and tell them the story of his biological mother. Frances took to Tommy to ireland, to show him the house of Katie and avenge his mother, but she and Tommy was captured by Tom Dawson and stabbed to death in the old house of his mother.
