Young Peter, is like the only thing that matches the character in essence, he's a learning concept, not a pinnacle.

This statement is an oxymoron. Young Peter graduated High School & College decades ago. Do you know what character development is? Life itself is a learning concept.

The true essence of a character is shown in actions, emotional reactions, and choices characters make under pressure. It is not governed by age, just like pinnacles are not governed by age. A mature 28 year old Spider-Man hasn't necessarily reached the pinnacle of his crime fighting career.

Peter Parker is the protagonist on an amazing journey. He has the potential to be someone else through his alter ego, something better, something more true, as he learns from “great power comes great responsibility”.

A learning concept is NOT a static concept as you seem to suggest with youth matching up to the essence of character.

Keeping Peter Parker perpetually bound as a young boy stagnates his potential and ability to grow as a character.

You obviously have a penchant for a young Peter, but long time readers of Amazing Spider-Man know that Peter had long been written as a progressive character. I would suggest picking up the new Spidey title to satisfy your thirst for a young Peter.

As far as the movie reboot goes, MARVEL STUDIOS will probably shoot a trilogy of High School films, before inevitably moving on to tell more mature adult orientated Spider-Man stories.

I am optimistic for this movie, the russo Brothers, who are known for there comedy writing made captain america 2, I think that these writers might have similar success. However with the sub par Amazing Spider-man films, if this movie is less then perfect it will be a bust in the eyes of the fans.
