The Evil League Of Evildoers

Their is commotion heard in a dark room when all of the sudden the spotlights turn on shining on a stage where their is a microphone podium as this happens a short man in a red suit walks across towards the podium.

he disappears behind it and you can hear him struggling to reach the mic his hand can be seen a few times as he jumps to grab it the man walks away quietly cursing to himself as he goes back behind the curtains .

Soon a grinding sound can be heard behind the curtains and the man returns pushing a large chair towards the podium it takes a while as he struggles to move the chair all the way towards the podium but once he finishes he gleefully jumps on the chair and grabs the note cards placed on the podium he picks them up and begins to read in a shrill voice .

"Hello recruits i am Vandal and i am the head of this league i would like to welcome all you young beacons of hope and wonder "he pauses for a moment "huh that is a weird line ".

But he shrugs it off and continues "it is on a day much like today that the very first league meeting was held and a plan to save the world was contemplated "he paused again this time for even longer "who in the blazes wrote this script it seems like something those chumps at the league of justice would read at their initiation "

As he said that he got a call on his communicator he excused himself and moved his head to the side but still close enough so the microphone could pick up what he was saying "Yes what is it i am busy reading this horrible script you wrote .... what do you mean i am not at the right initiation how many league initiations are today.

The league of justice is having their's today as well, so that means if i am not their then i must be at ..."Oh no ".Vandal turned toward the crowd of young heroes all of which had the strong urge to kick his butt.

He turned towards the curtain as veteran heroes emerged as the crowd closed in on the tiny villain now doing his best imitation of a ball all that he could squeak out was "Mommy".

(This is in another dimension in which toon force is allowed but nothing major mostly just being able to take a nuke and coming out looking like you just got covered in soot so basic protection from death.)

(This is for humor purposes so if you want to make a character for this make one that fits that ).

(This an open rpg i will have the main base up and running if enough interest is shown but for now feel free to introduce your character in this thread)

(If you would like to create a location or team associated with this like a team of heroes feel free just a quick warning would be nice.)

@superstay: I did not mean anything bad by it he is a great character it just he seems like a little bit of a more gritty sort which would not really fit here.

@ownagepants: I actually got anew idea today for my member of the ELE.

MD Improbable

MD Improbable was born John Robertson in North Dakota. He was a very a intelligent boy, but he would often have grand plans/inventions that were improbable, not needed, or already invented . He focused on his studies and eventually went to Stanford University. In his chemistry class he made chemical that could turn any substance into rubber for his final. The teacher failed him due to the idea being rather unnecessary and dangerous.

That night John Robertson broke into the lab and stole his formula. He drank it and the formula turned his whole body into a rubber like substance. His chemistry professor caught him and he was kicked out of Stanford. From then on he would call himself MD Improbable.

His first evil scheme was to kidnap his professor and run him over with a train shaped like an F. Throughout his entire nefarious plot he made various rubber puns and emphasized the F in words to the point where I will not repeat a single one here. He was eventually stopped when his F train ran out of corn fuel. He was then captured by a group of heroes.

Failure after failure, he would eventually join the ELE.
