Noc-Haven (Formerly Ukraine; suggestions)

Yo, Vex here. While everyone was focused on other major RP's, you may or may not have noticed the empire claim to Chernobyl and her surrounding areas in the Ukraine. Since there was no opposition to my claim within the 3 day period (per CVnU rules) from anyone it has officially been made into an empire.

I'm currently working on the OP right now and was curious to see if anyone wanted to base themselves, team or any requests/suggestions that would make it a great location. Keep this in mind.

• It is a state of the art empire focused on progression in technology and cybernetics
• The mutant extremist group, The Liberators, will be based here
• A mutant refugee camp will be an added location
• Raven Cypher will be the ruling authority
• Titles will be available for various positions

Dc will probably make his home or least one of them in Ukraine. Until I decide to take claim to a certain catacomb covering place of love

I'm doing the unorthodox. I'm dropping a Lady Mechanika in here....and then slowly upgrade her. [Kidding...probably.]

Needs more gyms and less scrawny robots. jk I will propably send my tech Alt here.

Apex, while part of the Liberators, won't be based here, but he will always be nearby in Russia.

What kind of building for what purpose? Business or housing?

Kinetic's base of operations. Here he develops his many cybernetic gadgets and weapons while also conducting genetic experiments on the people of the city(some willing, some not). He is the only one who can fully access the building thought sometimes he allows visitors to roam around the perimeter.

I might have some more details later.
