There is no trick or easy fix. The only thing I can suggest is just speak up make sure your not withdrawn, be yourself and just try to be as confident as possible.

i'm the last person anyone should be asking about relationships. I haven't talked to a girl like never except family.

Just walk around and ignore all the babes that look at you and ask you out. That's what I did in high school.

Speaking as a guy who just finished studying how attraction works in his social psychology class.

Girls tend to be attracted to guys who 1.) pay attention to them 2.) have a sense of humor 3.) Have high confidence and 4.) power.

Physique doesn't even have to come into the equation depending on the girl. Just make yourself look presentable.

As a guy who didn't have a girlfriend since birth. I can say that you don't have to be handsome or rich to be charismatic or get a girl.

Girls mostly like bad boys because they like confident and charismatic boys. Just be yourself and don't pretend to be something you're not.

Humour is important but I would actually advise not trying too hard to be funny if you're at school, at school it is very easy to get friendzoned if you're not very good looking and humour is the main culprit of putting people there.

People giving you 'tips' on how to act to make yourself desirable are naive, the sad truth of it is that the only way to get an attractive girlfriend is to be attractive. As far as getting them to notice you goes you've just got to socialise with the right people.

Jokes aside. One of the main ways is to have money. Dating is expensive. The View, The Real, The Talk. Reality shows. Surveys. Social Experiments. A woman's standards. Pretty much tell you if you don't have money keep it moving. That's only for long term. Short term is for charisma and bar girls. Pick up artists can tell you this.

Go up to whatever girl you want and say: "look I'm not trying to hit on you or anything like that but I think you look beautiful today and I wanted you to know" then walk away.

Women don't hear the word beautiful very often. Hot, sexy, whatever sure. But beautiful mean something different. By saying your not hitting on them (when we all know you are) gives them a sense of safety. Then walking away reinforces that you don't want anything from them. Trust the master.
