@dadivineking: I dislike at as well because its unoriginal for the same reasons you listed. I am firmly on the camp that Rey is a Mary Sue of the highest magnitude.
... The thing is that, its also the most plausible explanation why she is so powerful so I could see them writing this sh*t.
I'm actually planning on writing an alternate history story one day involving a Confederate victory in the American Civil War with them joining the Axis during WW2 resulting in an Axis victory.
When I first saw the trailer for the Battlefield 1 reveal trailer I was blown away and thought "OMG! I'm so happy they actually decided to do the setting in WW1! This is gonna be awesome!" and when I saw the official gameplay trailer I also thought it looked awesome, but when I saw the E3 live I wasn't was blown away as I was with the trailers but it still looked fun.
Which do you prefer: the original YGO, GX, 5Ds, Zexal or the newest one? Also why?
I kinda flip-flop between GX and the Original. The former had the superior supporting cast, and was all around more fun, IMO - but the latter was significantly more epic, and noticeably better written. 5D's and Zexal are both great too, but I had less of a connection with those two series. I haven't watched much of Arc-V, so I tend to steer clear from ranking it.
Buuuuut, what about you babe? What's your favorite YGO! Series?
Oh. Wow. I assumed that Darth Vader would have been somewhere on this list.
Also, do you think that they should make live-action Star Wars movies that take place before episode 1?
Vader is top 10, no doubt. Just don't think he's powerful enough to be mentioned with planet killers and such. :)
I wouldn't mind one bit. Honestly, I've been waiting for Disney to move out of it's confront zone of having material close related/tied with the OT/PT, and branch out with brand new eras and such. We'll most likely not be getting anything like that until the new trilogy is done, sadly.
