On certain levels he's certainly attempting to be, though I honestly don't think he has any malevolent motives for it. Fortunately, our system of government won't allow for that to happen with any president (and he's HARDLY the first one who's tried in some fashion or the other). Yes, I can back up my opinion, however conceited as this sounds, I get tired of doing other people's research. If you like, tell me WHY you think I'm wrong, backed up with some facts and I'll be happy to debate, and possibly learn I'm wrong even. Certainly wouldn't be the first time it's happened. :)
No he's not, nor is he attempting to be. He has done nothing outside of his granted powers and nothing that hasn't been done by any of his predecessors. It's hard to get an accurate picture of his presidency when you have the right attacking every single thing he does and the left blindly defending it.
