Fill a superhero United Nations

Are there heroes for every country in Publication?
If the was a stipulation that the diplomat for every country at the UN had to be a super hero who would represent what country ?
One diplomat per country allowed at a time. Can only be changed when all countries represented or it is agreed that remaining countries have no one. All representatives have to be citizens until this point when there has to be an argument that they would have to have allegiances.

He is but thats a fictitious country. On his page it says its located between France and Belgium, while the Markovia page itself states its located between Switzerland and Italy. I went with Belgium either way lol "

As I said if you can give a reason for an allegiance than that's fine. Using the geographical justification you first cited is good enough, just as I did for Sexy merc and "palestine". If you don't want to add a fictitious country as some have, and can justify why you think that makes a country your in. As long as your first.

They could work equally well for Sweden, seeing as how Norway already has Ice while Sweden has no particularly recognizable hero. "

i have many superheroes from the philippines but they are not international if it is okay its Darna (philippine version of ww)
