Superman and Captain Marvel vs Thor and Silver Surfer
Team two. You gotta understand that SS is on a higher echelon than these guys. Consider swapping SS with Gladiator or Sentry and it would be more even.

Yup.
Although not Sentry, Sentry is a little too weak for supes.

Cap > Thor
When has Supes ever had his solar radiation drained by anyone before getting a punch off?
When has Surfer ever drained anyone to start off any fight?
I'm actually curious and open to changing my mind if you have such panel feats.
Otherwise I'm going with the faster, stronger, Man of Steel.
@oocmikeyy: This. Is why I stopped commenting on CV..people like to make their characters fight the way they want them to..Not how they actually fight in the comics..!
Losing his stored solar energy often has an immediate and debilitating effect on Clark.
Surfer used draining as his first and only move against Sympira, who's power was derived from solar energy, and in fact she had spent centuries inside a star, absorbing solar energy to amp herself.
Impressive nonetheless.
In reality all these instances looked like sneak attacks. Do you have a panel of Surfer fighting someone and using the draining feat as soon as the fight began?
I'll attempt to gather as many up to date "parasite vs Superman"-ish panels as I can to resolve this notion that Supes is immediately immobilized by someone draining him during a full on brawl.
@oocmikeyy: Parasite doesn't drain Clark of his Solar Energy AFAIK. He only copies his powers.
Impressive nonetheless.

The Major Force instance was in the middle of the fight so it certainly wasn't a sneak attack. Clark wasn't expecting to lose his solar reserves in any of the instances, is he somehow going to expect it if Surfer drains him?
Other than trying to talk to Hulk, Surfer's first action in the initial fight in Incredible Hulk #250 was draining.
Draining Superman is vulnerability exploitation, which Surfer has used as an opening against multiple characters. For instance:
Humorously, on an occasion when Surfer failed to utilize draining as an opening when he easily could of, he specifically mentioned it.
A much weaker Surfer simultaneously stripped every cell in an enraged Hulk's body with the "merest burst of his power cosmic" and Hulk had already shown substantial resistance/resilience to various types of draining at that point.
When has Superman shown resistance/resilience to having the stored solar energy directly stripped from his body?

Supes actually beat Major force, and he beat Parasite. Both of which drain his solar reserves. These are old panels though.

Clark beat Major Force by avoiding his dark quantum energy blasts. During the fight, the times that the blasts did connect with Supes, he dropped immediately, which contradicts the premise that losing his solar reserves doesn't have a immediate effect on him.
Let's assume that Superman did have significant resistance/resilience to solar energy draining (though that hasn't been shown at all in this thread), Surfer has already completely drained a character with significant draining resistance/resilience, and he did it in moments with extreme ease.
Just to note, that was a significantly weaker version of Surfer, not only Pre-Annihilation Surfer but Post-Sonic Shark, Earth stranded era Surfer, basically the weakest mainstream version of Surfer we've seen.
Thor and Silver Surfer.
