Where the hell's Deadshot's picture?,I had to look him up...anyway...Deadshot's like Bullseye...with guns....Punisher's a good marksman....but Deadshot seems way better...I don't know how Deadshot works on Hand-to-hand...but I know Punisher's well known for his abilities in that area...yow...more info I need,search I must...

Punisher is a damn good shot but in the end deadshot would win faster and a better marksmen.

A psycho vs. a guy that can use 90% of his brain. I'd have to go with Deadshot, he has powers too.

Death Stroke can use 90% of his brain and has powers not Deadshot and as for who would win I say Deadshot

I have to go with deadshot. I think it would be a great fight but deadshot has tagged speedster, ricocheted bullets, has made claims he can see every beat of a humming bird, stalemated deathstroke in a quick draw (granted slades armor held out better then deadshots iirc). Franks good but I think deadshot is better. I do think it would be a nice gun fight to watch.

I noticed the feats from your scans. Thanks for sharing them by the way. And I have to admit that this presents a problem. And I apologize for bringing in other debates, but here is my issue:

If Frank Castle can go toe to toe with Spiderman, Wolverine, and Daredevil, and Frank Castle has beaten Wolverine and could have killed Spiderman, Why do people think that Batman could not do the same? I have seen the Punisher vs Batman threads, and Batman wins every time.

So for me this causes a bit of a contradiction in the power rankings.

I wish I had some scans of Deadshot effortlessly pulling off some damn-near impossible head shots, but I don't. It's kind of a "sometimes he does, sometimes he doesn't" kind thing anyway. Punisher would win probably nine out of ten times because he's just a more versatile fighter and tactician, but then there's that one where Deadshot pulls off an impossible shot like it's nothing. This is an interesting match in any case.

I kind of have to say Deadshot.

I dunno how this became a Batman thread but okay. Frank doesn't get alot of respect himself because people just think he's a psycho with a gun when he's much more than that. Punisher is a ex-military so he has the h2h combat training, weapons specialist, insane prep feats,etc. Difference between Batman and Punisher is that Punisher fights to win at all cost. He'll fight dirty and kill to win if his has too. Not the case with Batman. Unless something grand is at sake Batman's morals prevent him from his full potential. That's what hurts him in alot of battles. Imagine if Batman had Frank's mindset...he'd be damn near unstoppable. Batman relys on outsmarting his opponents to get him out of situations. Outside of the justice league his core enemies are guys like Joker, Bane, and Two Face. Not exactly big threats compared to the Spidermans and Wolverine mentioned before. When Batman struggles against those type of enemies its hard to see him make the jump to take down Spiderman who outclasses him in speed, strength, Superhuman abilities, and can arguably match him in intelligence. Frank is a loner who constantly goes up against guys who outclass him in skill and most of the time beats them. It all comes down to matchups, a Batman who holds back is going to have a hard time going one on one against someone who's more powerful and dangerous than he normally goes up against.

It didnt really become a Batman thread. That (de)evolution was because of the question I asked about Bullseye, and the scans you shared, which in turn brought up other question.
