Pick the 5 most powerful characters from the list (final edition)

Alright guys, so I posted a thread like this a few days ago but got some complaints that my list didn't feature that many powerful characters. With that in mind I have put together a new list of the most powerful characters I have read/know about for you to choose the five most powerful from. These will then go into a new battle. And like last time these are the 5 most powerful in a fight that is morals off and to the death with no prep. Here we go:

Deadman is a must he is intangible, invisible and can possess most people. Impossible to stop without the right abilities.

Legion is currently being developed in his own series so he could now have good control over his abilities or not, replace supe's with him if he does.

@All_Mighty_Beyonder: Franklin has little control over his powers and could be taken out by a guy with a gun, Rachel and Jean by default are squishy unless it's Phoenix Jean but he had that in bracket's last time

i'm sure @MasterAction meant adult Franklin Richards not the child. and adult Franklin Richards is high class Celestial level. he can't be killed by normal means.

Jean Grey and Rachel Summers are both hosts of Phoenix Force they are both above the likes of Superman and Flash and Deadman.

I think top ten would be: Doctor Strange, Superman, Sentry, Martian Manhunter, Silver Sufer, Franklin Richards, Flash, Ghost Rider, Hulk and Thor. Professor X gets honorable mention. Don't know about top 5 though, too close to call.

If so he's an obvious choice but people have alway's clarified if they ment adult Franklin, Franklin in main continuity will forever be a child/plot device with limited control over his power's.

Rachel was a phoenix host a long time ago.

Jean by default is currently Phoenix but in his last thread he had that listed in brackets this time he doesn't.

@Dextersinister: if that's the case, @MasterAction should make some clarifications in OP

Dr Strange, Jean Grey, Uata, Franklin Richards and then I'm torn between the Sentry and the Hulk[ Presuming it's WWH otherwise Sentry].
