Nami and Usopp vs. Captain America

So much wrong in one sentence. What proof of do you have that usopp has any form of speed? Same applies to nami? Her lightning will be blocked via shield. And i have a scan on every single one of usopp's plants with me there isn't a single one that usopp has that covers such a huge area that cap wouldn't dodge or maneuver around.And usopp does not have precognition he awakened his haki sure but observation haki has three usages. Combat uses such as precognition like luffy and zoro have been confirmed to basically have. And location and presence like sanji was more or less confirmed to have(luffy and zoro seem to have this as well but not as well as sanji does. Which makes sense since oda said sanji was the most proficient in observation haki.) when he was searching for Kinemon's torso.........Usopp has a similar haki to the one sanji uses.

Nah. There wouldn't be much to debate about. I would simply be talking about how cap can maneuver around usopp's pop greens, and weapons and would be screaming "speed blitz, speed blitz" it wouldn't be much of a debate.

here's why

His attacks are powerful enough to one shot super human characters.

Usopp is a genius tactician, weapon maker and one of the best snipers in the OP world, on his way to become the best. He has shown the ability to accurately shot with any weapon he ever used, and his accuracy feats are insane.

Over time he improved dramatically both in speed and accuracy.

Here he mouth shoted a dozen zombie animals with a little piece of salt, in a second.

He was sniping down marine soldiers from a huge distance while the strong wind was blowing

Or the way he launched bunch of rocks and sea stone chains, and sea stone chains got right around CC's neck

His latest feat where he unlocked observation haki and managed to hit a small space between to iron bars on a window from the other side of the town using several explosions in the process. It sound confusing so just take a look at the feat.

Basically, the target was so far away you couldn't even see it with your ayes, it was behind the wall and miles away on some semi-mountain. He fired a projectile which then exploded in the air, and propelled a second projectile wich then exploded and propelled a third projectile which was just barely small enough to pass through a window and get to it's target.

The bag was to big to pass through the doors, so broke the part of the wall, and started rolling down the hill destroying part of the forest in the process. Franky ripped out a piece of Usopp's ship, so Usopp attacked him and Franky hammered him down with his fists.

Usopp just got out of the water, grabbed a big and heavy peace of ship, lifted it up and started fixing the ship as if nothing happened.

One of these ghosts were powerful enough to destroy stone walls, and Usopp endured dozens of them.

Speed

He is extremely fast, he was able to block Luffy's punches, he snatched frozen Robin faster than Admiral Aokiji could stomp on her, he was running from Pacifista, alongside with Brook who has superhuman speed, while he was caring an injured man.

Healing

While he doesn't have a healing factor like Wolverine or Hulk he has showed multiple times, the ability to heal very fast. Many times he was beaten up almost to death, and then 10 minutes later he's relatively ok, able to fight or run or whatever he needs to do.

And all of this was before the time skip. After the time-skip Usopp got much stronger, but we still don't have enough feats to figure out how much stronger exactly.

He survived a huge explosion created by Ceasar, you can see how big these explosions are if you compare them to the size of Caesar's ship.

He survived a brutal beating from a guy who effortlessly lifts and throws hundreds of tons and then he ate poisonous grape (survived again).

And he was also seen pulling a huge chunk of dragons meat.

Cap stomps. Usopp's sniping with a slingshot wouldnt phase cap at all. He's gone toe to toe with far more threatening foes. Plus usopps feats are sketchy as he's a joke character. Like opm it's hard to differentiate between comedy and actual limit.

@copete: cap has insane accuracy feats too, you seen how his shield defies physics right? Haki shouldn't be a problem, pretty sure if caps shield damages the likes of Tony's armour it can bust iron flesh. His arsenal is variable, but cap would either deflect or dodge it. Sogeking is also too wacky to go for the kill straight away whilst cap is usually down to business. a slingshot vs a dude who regularly dances around gunfire. Actual modern weaponry not ball bearing rifles lolololol
