However, it comes with the side effect of insanity. If your character doesn't have someone they love near them, who can break them out of the trance, then they'll be driven insane and possibly die. insanity can also be escaped with magic, or extremely strong willpower.

@youngjustice: prior knowledge means like if Thor were fighting SIlver Surfer and he had prep but no knowledge perk, he'd prep without the knowledge, but during the battle he'd have knowledge because he knows Norrin in canon.
omnitrix just gets the DNA.. and then the wearer can transform into the species...... for example.. if it gets odin's dna.... it'd transform the bearer into an average asgardian (the species).. not odin himself

it's true... but still technically it's not either of the banned things because of how omnitrix works... as i said.. for that reason.. i did asked tnbb if it's usable or not.
@ssj_god: Again, there is no other reason to copy their DNA except to copy their powers. I can show you how to get around the rule once the first round starts. This way is not valid.
@darkraiden: hellblazer version. he had very limited magical powers and almost always needed time to pull of any half decent magic. the magic used in hellblazer was a lot more archaic and required drawings blood sacrifices and the like.
And the mind doesn't classify what level they are it is simply a asset. a example is Lex luthor without his armor while he is undoubtedly capable of taking down a large number of above street level threats he is still streat level.
@darkseid1006: What is stopping him from talking the team into killing themselves? His ability to make people commit actions is a power regardless of what he defines it as.

@thenewbluebeetle007: Can you switch Mr Miracle for Composite Fastbak without Aero Pads or SF-Ring? Also does No Power Absorbtion/Mimicry extend to devices created during Prep (specifically Amazo)?
