High End comic tourney (Closed)

Rules:

1. Standard equipment
2. Morals are standards
3. Characters receive no prep unless the perk is bought
4. Characters cannot soul or mind rape
5. Characters cannot summon minions
6. Characters cannot control members of an opposing team
7. Characters can only teleport themselves and there gear
8. Character speed is kept at mach 10 and under
9. No instant kill abilities like telekinesis crush
10. No intangibility or anything like it to attack or harm foes but it can be used to phase threw objects and attacks
11. Heroes are now willing to kill but not harm innocents
12. Characters with past relations will affect the outcome of the battle but a random team will work to the best of there abilities
13. Participants must lose twice to achieve failure
14. Participants receive 11 points to spend
15. Participants can have up to 4 characters on there team
16. Win by any means except battle field removal
17. First come first serve. Characters do not need purchasing. Just take four characters and fell free to spend your points
18. DC characters have both Pre and New 52 feats
19. Characters are at standard levels (but they can achieve things such as Superman sun dipping during prep but nothing OP like Void or Monarch)

Ive only ever done 1 tourney before. And I have 2 going now. But ill consider it.

But honestly with high end tourneys, I see the good characters go fast, and theres less to debate about, because its usually MUCH clearer when someone is stronger, and Mike, ill spend those points today sorry =), My friend was coming back from college

Most of that manga team is considerably under-powered compaired to anyone else really..

yeah i know.. i'm a big fan of manga.. but really.. city busting level beings are useless against planetary beings (except goku ofcourse :D)

yeah i know.. that's why i chose cable.. i was only saying.. they are soooo similar in term of powers.. that it really won't make much of a difference if u let use nate in place of cable (as nate is out now, cable will be out then from the choosing list :D)

i can see u added solar in the valiant section... can't u switch between cable and nate?.. it really won't make much difference.. but nate is one of my most favorite characters (u can leave out cable from the tourney in place of nate).

actually yeah. Solar is disgustingly powerful. For sure above Surfer Herald level.

@ssj_god I responded and solar wasn't added he was already there. Next round plus telepathy is nearly useless against anyone with the resist. @cosmicallyaware1 you ask for him in a tourney with far weaker opponent so I was under the assumption he was some where around that level but okay... -_-. @dextersinister would you kindly choose another character? Solar is above surfer level and possibly even Thanos level even tho Thanos doesn't impress me and I think Surfer or at least current Surfer would beat Thanos.

Muahahahahahahahaah!!!!!!!! My opponent (Wyldsong) in that is up to speed on him and thinks he can debate against him, so......meh......it all depends on how somebody argues for and against right?

@mikep12: I'm surprised I had to point out how how overpowered my team was and I agree with Sovereign,re-balancing would be a really good idea.

Kyle for the last half a year or so has been an absolute beast who can channel every ring and has absorbed multiple entities.

If you are going to do high tier you are probably better off sticking to around Superman level or Iron Man if you want to have some anime characters.

@dextersinister Kyle is limited to the green ring only as he'll be utilized with the white ring in my super high end tourney so let's try and stay away from that kind of stuff. In a recent issue of new guardians didn't he decimate a bunch of god killers? But that was white so we should be good and characters are at standard levels so know calling all the rings. Lanterns have unlimited charge by the way and there rings can't be taken.

@mikep12: superman is far beyond the limits in terms of speed isn't he?

So, if this is a high end tourney, why are we using mid-level manga characters?
