Eiling/Shaggy Man should take this. Thor has vast physical strength, but Shaggy Man has proven able to take on the entire Justice League, comprising of such powerhouses as SuperMan, Wonder Woman, the Martian, Orion, and others. He's taken on a group of them, and they've had to bfr him just to defeat him. He has great regenerative abilities that have allowed him to regrow an arm in just a couple seconds. Thor of course would have the advantage of energy attacks and flight, but Shaggy Man has done well against flying opponents in the past. He can jump fairly far distances, and he has limitless stamina. He has great durability that could allow him to take numerous hits from Thor; couple that with his healing factor, and Thor will have an extremely hard time putting Shaggy Man down. Of course, Thor's no pushover either. He could take some hits, but Shaggy Man has defeated more powerful opponents in the past and groups of more powerful opponents. He's simply too strong, too durable, and too recuperative. Eiling/Shaggy Man for the win.
@Silver2467: Silver you made it rather clear. The Gen is a strong and powerful villian enough to take out Hulk and Thor combine. Yes i can go that far and say that much.
