Deathstroke and batman vs BL black suited spiderman

They get 1 day prep to work as a team, spiderman wants to kill them but has no idea it's coming. Deathstroke has his normal gear batman has whatever Wayne tech has to offer. Fight takes place in a park in NYC

Batman and DS should win with prep.

Wayne Tech is beastly ...... Batman can down a Sentinel with this much time and resources on his own (based on a thread I made in which every one agreed) .... now hes got another prep master backing him up ..... the team should handle this

From what I understand bloodlusted black suit spiderman is like hulk when he first turns green

Also batman is not bloodlusted Deathstroke is

As Spider-man is the only one bloodlusted and team 1 cannot take him by surprise due to BiB's enhanced spider-sense then Parker rips them apart. Deathstroke only has his normal gear and Wayne has morals. Prep is overrated and the team die.

um prep isnt over rated.. also batman may still hav the tech that creates high sonic frequencies he used to bring real bats to his location so at some point during the fight they discover that sound hurts black suited spiderman (metal clinking may be enough for them to notice this) batman would see something like that..

@FMStyyx: I was going under the assumption that this was Back In Black Spider-man (as this Black Spider-man has more feats). He is unaffected by sonics.

Spiderman bloodlusted is pretty hardcore. He has the speed and strength to win this

If its Back In Black Spider-man then he'll slaughter Bats and Death. Those upgrades where pretty sick especially the upgraded spider-sense and stigners! He shoulda kept them!!!!

@FMStyyx: Canon 616. The arc is called Back In Black went from ASM 539 to 543. Pete was pretty beastly during that arc.
