    In this adventure the red speedster Barry Allen has to face James Jesse , who vowed to defeat the Flash as the costumed crook, The Trickster, because he had foiled his murder attempt on a private detective. With his insane genius making him seemingly the only villian who can counter the superhero's incredible speed with mundane materials, The Flash has to fight against the Trickster, his sidekick Prank, and a brainwashing device to save Central City.
