Hot Dog accidentaly uses Jughead's time-traveling device and is lost in the timestream, ending up in random times and locations. The Time Police agents from various eras are alarmed and call a meeting to discuss solutions to the situation. Everyone certain that the situation is extremely dangerous. Jughead and January have to resolve the problem. But it could also be their last mission. They will be blamed for every misshap occuring and their resignations called for.
