I have the comic somewhere with the "modified fastball special" performed by Beast and Nightcrawler.
It was in a fight with Magneto in his Volcano lair, and Colossus chucks Wolvie at Mags, and then it's followed up by Beast doing the hammer-throw with Nightcrawler. The only move that tops the Fastball.

I think it happen in Astonishing X-Men: Dangerous. It was the first arc with cerebra. Colossus threw Shadowcat, so she can go cerebra her defenses and deactivate the powercore shutting her down.
