The thread asking your favorite Batman villains got me thinking, who is the least appreciated villain? What villain deserves more recognition than they are generally given. Mine would have to be Mad Hatter. He's insane, dark, and often forgotten to be a Batman villain.

Killer Moth FTW! Character has some potential i think, but he's been terribly written so far.

KGBeast is a villain I would really like see make a comeback. The emergence of Bane lessened his impact a lot, but Batman: Ten Nights of the Beast remains one of my favorite Batman stories of all time. It's also a story where we see Batman at his most cold and ruthless at the end.

Agreed on Killer Croc (who's being handled greatly in Batwoman) and Killer Moth, I also think Maxie Zeus has the potential for greatness.

The Ventriloquist. And not just Wesker but Peyton Riley too. I really enjoyed her few appearances.

Killer Croc. Arkham Croc should be comic Croc. Im serious cause Croc sucks in the comics. Batman beat him with a brief case lol.

@vikings: I agree, Mad Hatter. I don't think this character has been used to his fullest potential. He's extremely intelligent and inventive. He's absolutely insane and has a thing for young girls. I think a decent writer could do a lot with him.

Sadly, the awesome might of the fearsome Mustard Man is ignored yet again by the world...
