Blade Runner for sure tbh. Obviously, you could just mention the final monologue which is better than any piece of dialogue in The Batman, the better antagonist, stronger themes, tighter pacing, etc....

I'd say it's definitely Eren. He's quite easily the most complex out of the three and the concepts surrounding his character are by far the most interesting.
