Originally a team comprising the original five X-Men, X-Factor was eventually turned a government task force. Jamie Madrox later took the name to found X-Factor Investigations and ultimately sold it to Serval Industries. Now, X-Factor Investigations was reformed on Krakoa.
yes. It is one of my favorite x-titles and the authors have a lot of freedom to carry the story the way they want without having to always being involve in all of the stuff that happens in the Avengers and other x-titles. Make sure it is the recent series by Peter David. Hope you enjoy the series
If you appreciate more character driven books than X-Factor is the title for you. The roster has also been largely consistent for years, allowing for more character growth than a lot of other team books, where the line-up changes at the drop of a hat. Hell... these days you don't even need to drop the hat.
