A Cover to Cover Kirby Throwdown

    Thor fights Mangog.

There; that pretty much summarizes the whole issue. In fact, the entire comic is a battle between Thor and Mangog, with some panels of the Warriors Three helping him, and some of Sif planning to protect Odin's sleeping body, some of Loki sitting on the throne doing nothing whilst he waits for Thor to perish, and some of The Recorder showing up to record the proceedings and talking to the likes of Heimdall and Sif.

So, is the ish any good? Well that depends on how much you like to see Kirby battle sequences. If your a fan, this is right up your alley. If you want more drama than action - look elsewhere.

I'd like to add that while no colorist is credited to this issue (guessing it's Vince Colletta who's credited not as 'inker' but as 'finisher'), but whoever it is, they deserve a lot of credit. The look of the issue is more stylized than most comics of the period.
