The Guardians of the Galaxy leverage their most powerful, and most unlikely, ally against the Cancerverse - - Thanos. The Good I'm a big fan of space opera and it's a treat to see all of Marvel's cosmic heroes drafted into a story like this with a suitably epic scope. I also always love a good alternate reality story and it was cool to see the ways that Cancerverse dopplegangers play on elements of continuity - - like having the Inhumans rule the Kree or a identity-comb...

This has to be one of my favorite comics to come out this week, "The Thanos Imperative" is really shaping up to be the next great event, since Annihilation. In fact I'm already enjoying it more then recent events that I must add were quite lackluster, and whats to come from this will just blow them off the universe. This issue takes place right after "The Thanos Imperative: Ignition" in case for those wondering, which was also fantastic. The writing in this comic is simply brilliant, Lanni...

Thanos Imperative #1 of 6 I am a little sad to see all the cosmic books ending and becoming the part of one title. The only benefit is that you save three to six bucks a month. Getting all of your action in one place is nice, but it doesn’t seem to leave room in the spotlight for many. The cover of this book instantly catches your eye, not only because it is beautiful, but because of who is on it.
