Frank Oz, the man who provided Yoda's unforgettable voice, is reprising the role for Star Wars Rebels! The series will return next Monday and a new clip reveals the iconic Jedi is communicating with Kanan Jarrus (Freddie Prinze, Jr.) by using the Force. It looks like Jarrus isn't doing too well and receiving a message from the great Yoda is exactly what he needed.

The new episode, "Path of the Jedi," is directed by Dave Filoni and will air Monday at 9/8c on Disney XD. Are you going to check it out? The answer should be yes! I mean, it's the return of Yoda, after all. How can you not want to watch?

Well that was quite a nostalgia trip. A little soon to see Yoda again but still it's nice they got Frank Oz back.

Still waiting for Ahsoka to show up or at least be mention. Such a huge character to leave as a loose end.

I'm still mad they left clone wars series unfinished. Awesome to see Yoda again though. The more old characters we see the better

I get that Kanan and Ezra aren't strong enough to fight Vader and the Emperor so it's not completely mysterious why Yoda and Obi-wan focused on Luke, but does anyone have a guess as to how they're going to explain why Kanan and Ezra didn't at least show up in the original trilogy. Two Jedi Knights would still be huge assets for the Rebellion in the OT era even if they aren't top tier or the best trained. I mean, they seem to be good enough to help found the Rebel Alliance working directly for Sen. Organa and I'm guessing we'll see Mon Mothma as well. Surely they're not just going to kill them off?

I actually liked what they did with Ashoka in Clone Wars. I thought she was going to be killed off and her loss would be one more big step towards the Dark Side for her master Anakin. Having her quit was a cool way to have her leave the Jedi order that explained why she wasn't in Ep. 3.

I know right? Awesome, it is.
