    Chugwater P.D. Police Commissioner and graduate of the United States Military Academy (West Point: 1936). Demerit was commissioned in the Field Artillery, earning him the moniker, "Bam-Bam", afterward serving in WWII where such experiences cultivated in him an astute sense of courage that would later create a successful relationship with the Chugwater community. However, questionable mental acuity recently led community leaders to pressure him to step down. Firing back, he refused.
